1. MANUFACTURE

Solid formulations: tablets, film-coated tablets

• laminar flow chamber for weighing raw materials
• mixer-granulator
• fluid bed dryer
• tablet presses for round and odd-shaped tablets
• tablet coating machine (capacity: 15 l and 125 l)

Liquid formulations:

• installation for manufacture of syrups and liquids (batch size: 1000 l)

2. PACKING

• packing lines for solid formulations (including SERIALIZATION)
• packing lines for liquid formulations (including SERIALIZATION)
• packing into primary packagings – glass containers (capacity: 125–250 ml)

3. OTHER SERVICES – short lead times

• SERIALIZATION
• manufacture of trial and pilot batches
• repackaging of medicines
• sale of purified water (bottling into customer containers)
